- Lead the end-to-end customer onboarding process for Enterprise accounts, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of Guidde's solutions
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to customer needs and use cases
- Drive account expansion by identifying upsell opportunities and additional use cases within existing accounts
- Proactively identify and execute strategic growth initiatives to increase product adoption and customer spend
- Create business reviews that demonstrate ROI and build business cases for expansion
- Monitor customer health metrics and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders
- Create and execute success plans that align with customers' business objectives
- Partner with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product adoption
- Develop expansion strategies based on usage patterns and customer feedback
