Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team in New York City.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end customer onboarding process for Enterprise accounts, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of Guidde's solutions
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to customer needs and use cases
  • Drive account expansion by identifying upsell opportunities and additional use cases within existing accounts
  • Proactively identify and execute strategic growth initiatives to increase product adoption and customer spend
  • Create business reviews that demonstrate ROI and build business cases for expansion
  • Monitor customer health metrics and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders
  • Create and execute success plans that align with customers' business objectives
  • Partner with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product adoption
  • Develop expansion strategies based on usage patterns and customer feedback

In this hybrid role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our Enterprise customers achieve maximum value from Guidde's platform while driving customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of managing, growing, and expanding Enterprise accounts
  • Experience in developing and executing account growth strategies
  • Hands-on experience with video creation and editing tools
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Hubspot, Intercom, and Mixpanel
  • Background in working with Enterprise-level clients
  • Knowledge of video documentation and knowledge management solutions
  • Track record of driving customer adoption and reducing churn
  • Experience in value-based selling and account expansion
