Customer Enablement Manager

Job Responsibilities

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Customer Enablement Manager to drive customer success through comprehensive educational content and resources. In this role, you will develop and execute a strategic vision for customer enablement, leveraging multiple channels including video tutorials (via Guidde), written documentation, and AI-powered support. Your mission is to empower customers to achieve maximum value from our product while reducing time-to-value through intuitive, engaging, and easily accessible educational content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive customer enablement strategy spanning the entire customer journey, from onboarding to advanced feature adoption
  • Create engaging video tutorials using Guidde and develop clear written documentation that evolves with product updates
  • Optimize content for both human comprehension and AI-powered assistance, monitoring AI support interactions to identify improvement areas
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to align enablement efforts with product roadmap
  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive help center with regular content reviews and updates
  • Establish content creation workflows and standards for rapid response to new features

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer enablement, customer education, or similar role.
  • Previous experience in customer support, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record creating effective educational content (written and video)
  • Experience with content management systems and video creation tools (Guidde experience a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with focus on content optimization and data reporting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer enablement strategies
  • Background working with AI-powered support systems
  • Experience translating complex technical information into user-friendly content
