How to use macro to change status and send canned message in Zendesk

Go to selectivehardware.zendesk.com

1. Under "Workspaces" Click "Macros"

2. Click "Add macro"

3. Add macro name

4. Choose who can use the macro

5. Click "Add action"

6. Click "Status category"

7. Select a status

8. Click "Add action"

9. Click "Comment mode"

10. Select if public or private comment

11. Click "Add action"

12. Click "Comment/description"

13. Add Comment body. Remember to add placeholders where needed

14. Click "Create"

15. In a ticket, click "Apply macro"

16. Macro Applied
