How to share a document in Google Docs
Learn how to share a document in Google Docs.
Open the document you want to share, then click on the "Share" button in the top right corner.
Enter the email address "tul" in the sharing dialog.
Enter the email address of who you want to share the document with and select them from the dropdown menu
Click the dropdown menu on the right and choose how you want the collaborator to interact with the doc. The options are viewer, commenter or editor.
Select the option to notify the recipient about the shared document, or deselect it if you don't want them to be notified
Click on the "Share" button to finalize the document sharing process.
