How to send holiday notifications using triggers on Zendesk

Go to selectivehardware.zendesk.com

1. Under "Objects and Rules" Click "Triggers"

2. Click "Notify requester and CCs of received request"

3. Click "Add condition"

4. Click "On a holiday?"

5. Select "No"

6. Click "Save"

7. Click 3 dots on the "Notify requester and CC's of received request"

8. Click "Clone"

9. Edit the name to indicate  Holiday Notification

10. Click Here

11. Under "On a Holiday" change option to "Yes"

12. Edit your Email body to reflect Holiday notification to client

13. Click "Create"

14. Notification trigger created and active
