How to Redact a file and text in a ticket on Zendesk

Go to selectivehardware.zendesk.com

1. Open the ticket that requires redacting

2. Click here

3. Click "Redact"

4. Select the text that requires redaction and Click "Mark for redaction"

5. Click "Redact"

6. Information Redacted

7. Click Here

8. Click "Redact"

9. Select a file

10. Click "Mark for redaction"

11. Click "Redact"

12. File redacted
