You may want to exclude some users or organizations from receiving satisfaction surveys.
Go to
selectivehardware.zendesk.com
1. Click "Objects and rules"
2. Click "Automations"
3. Click "Request customer satisfaction rating"
4. Click to add condition
5. Select "Ticket Organization"
6. Select "Is not"
7. Select your organization
8. This organization is excluded from the survey
9. Click Here
10. Select "Ticket Tags"
11. Select "Contains none of the following"
12. Add identifying tag
13. Click "Submit"
14. add that identifying tag to users that you want to exclude from survey
