Automate the assignment of tickets among your team members or the un-assignment when your agents are not available to respond. You can use both at the same time

Go to myshop2022.gorgias.com

1. In the Settings page Click "Ticket assignment"

2. click to enable Auto-assign tickets

3. Adjust "Chat & messaging" limits

4. Adjust all other ticket limits

5. You can choose to un-assign a ticket if the customer replies but the ticket is assigned to a agent that is offline or unavailable

6. Select if required

7. Select to add what channels this setting applies to

8. Click "Save changes"
