Create articles to help guide clients with your knowledge base
Go to
selectivehardware.zendesk.com
1. Click for Zendesk Products
2. Click "Help center"
3. Under "Add" Click "Article"
4. Add your content here
5. Add your title
6. Click here to upload pictures
7. Click "Upload images"
8. Click "submit"
9. Choose whom the article is visible to
10. Choose a section where the article will be found
11. In our example we have chosen "General Announcements"
12. Click "Publish"
13. The Article as seen in our help center
