How to create a trigger to Zendesk

Triggers are business rules you define that run immediately after a ticket is created or updated and automatically perform actions if specified conditions are met.

Go to selectivehardware.zendesk.com

1. Under Objects and Rules, Click "Triggers"

2. Click "Add trigger"

3. Create a name for your trigger

4. Create any conditions required

5. The Example Conditions all added

6. Under Actions, Add a tag

7. Click "Create"

8. From this example trigger we have added a ticket to a View "Quotations needed"
