How to Blacklist and Allowlist for customer emails on Zendesk

Go to selectivehardware.zendesk.com

1. Under "People" Click "End users"

2. Click "Allowlist"

3. Add the email addresses you want to receive

4. Click "Blocklist"

5. Add the email addresses you want to blacklist

6. Click "Save tab"
