How to add business hours to answer bot on Zendesk

Go to selectivehardware.zendesk.com

1. Under "Channels" click Bots and then select your Bot

2. Select the answer you want to add business hours to

3. Click the "+" icon

4. Click "Add business hours condition"

5. "when open" and "When Closed" added

6. Schedule is as per your company settings

7. Click "Add step"

8. Click "Ask for details"

9. Request "name" and "email" from client

10. Click "Add step"

11. Click "Send message"

12. Add your message

13. Click "Done"
