How to add additional ticket status to Zendesk

Go to selectivehardware.zendesk.com

1. Under "Objects and rules" Click "Ticket statuses"

2. Click "Create ticket status"

3. Chose a category the status will fall under

4. Add a name to the Status

5. Add a description

6. Click "Save"

7. Status as see in a ticket
