Customer Experience Specialist

Guidde is looking for a passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our support team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support, a passion for helping people, and the ability to think creatively to solve customer issues. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We are looking for a support specialist committed to providing a world-class experience for our customers.

Job Requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Help customers with product questions and issues 
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team Lead and team to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance the product based on customer feedback by working with our development and product teams
  • Develop and document internal and customer-facing product knowledge

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Native English Speaker or comparable (spoken and written English must be mother tongue level)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Curious, empathetic, and take the time to "read between the lines" to understand customer needs beyond the surface.
  • Take pride in truly knowing the product and can think critically to identify and address issues that others might miss.
  • Ability to self-manage, be proactive and take initiative
  • Previous experience working with video platforms - An advantage
  • Experience with Intercom, JIRA, Hubspot - An advantage
