🎤 Outbound — Home of Messages, Product Tours, Custom Bots & Mobile Carousels Create and organise all your outbound content — Messages, Custom Bots, Mobile Carousels, and Product tours.
🎤 You'll find all your messages under “Outbound”: And your Custom Bots, Product Tours, Banners and Mobile Carousels too:
🎤 Your outbound content is grouped by type. This lets you view all your different outbound content together for a clear picture of what you send your users.
🎤 Filtering your Outbound content It’s possible to filter your content by: Audience(Dynamic/Ongoing — Visitors, Leads, or Users). State (Draft, Live, Paused, or Scheduled). Sender (Team or Teammate). Tag.
🎤 Messages with a "Dynamic" or "Fixed" audience You can configure whether a message's audience is Dynamic or Fixed in the audience section of the message editor:
🎤 To see all your Dynamic or Fixed messages in one place, use this filter on the messages list:
🎤 You can send the same message to Visitors, Leads, and Users. Just create your message, and then select the types of people you’d like to receive it under “Choose your audience”:
🎤 To filter your content by who it's sent to, just use the people filter on the messages list:
🎤 Organise your messages and tours with tags 🙌 To categorize your messages you can simply tag them. Plus, a single piece of outbound content can have multiple tags. This allows you a flexible way to organise your outbound content. There are two ways to tag your tours and messages 👇 From the messages list, select the items you’d like to tag, then click ‘Tag’:
🎤 To tag an individual message, just click ‘Tag’ in the top right corner:
🎤 Then you can filter your outbound content by tag:
