How to create a team on Gorgias

Go to myshop2022.gorgias.com

1. Go to "Settings"

2. Click "Teams"

3. Click "Create Team"

4. Create a team name

5. Add a description

6. Click Here

7. Add team members

8. Click "Create team"

9. Create a rule to assign new tickets to this team

10. Select a Primary  options

11. Select the Secondary options related to the primary option

12. Click "Create Rule"
