How to create a macro on Gorgias

Go to myshop2022.gorgias.com

1. Open a ticket

2. Click here

3. Click Here

4. Click "Create new macro"

5. Name your Macro

6. Click Here to type the reply to client

7. Click here to add Place holders

8. Insert placeholder

9. Click to add any Shopify info

10. Click "Add action"

11. Select an action

12. Click "Add action" for additional actions

13. Click "Save new macro"

14. Click on your created macro
